
Group Classes
For those that like to workout with others, join one of our group classes. We have a variety of different classes from HIIT to boxercise. Whichever you join you’ll get a solid sweat on in a fun team environment.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Together we will create a program that is right for you. Not a “one size fits all” approach. We will design a personalised program looking at everything from your activity level to what you consume and your lifestyle. By looking at your nutrition we will ensure that all your hard work doesn’t go to waste.
Strength and Conditioning
Reach your potential.
We will conduct an in depth needs analysis of the sport to identify the requirements, including energy systems, types of strength and movements needed. Through in depth testing we will establish where you are in relation to where you need to be, and together create a plan to get you there.

Training shouldn't be boring. At AD Fitness we'll use a variety of different methods to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are a suspension training pro or circuit training novice, we'll start out with the basics to build a strong foundation, then build you up to be your best.
